the acetone recovery device is mainly composed of compression condensation membrane separation unit.
the mixture of nitrogen and acetone vapor from the three-in-one device enters the system. the compressor automatically runs and adapts the operating frequency to balance with the corresponding air intake. after the mixture is purified, the compressor pressure is raised to 0.8mpag and enters pre-cooling. the condenser is condensed for the first time, and the vapor partial pressure of acetone in the condenser will greatly exceed its corresponding saturated vapor partial pressure to be liquefied, and most of the acetone is condensed into liquid for recovery. the condensed non-condensable gas (mainly nitrogen) enters the membrane module, the permeable (gas phase non-condensable of the membrane module) gas returns to the compressor inlet, and the permeate (nitrogen) gas enters the nitrogen storage tank. after decompression, it can be recycled into three in one.
